Still unsure? Here’s some frequently asked questions that might help.

  • Because of the unique design of the Beyond Fitness Hub programs and post-partum pathway, you can begin as early as a few days post-partum! The initial recovery phase sessions are designed to help you in the very early weeks after having your baby, while the next phase (the restore phase) can begin from 4-8 weeks postpartum (depending on if you had a vaginal or c-section birth).

  • Yes. Each phase offers a range of workouts, sessions and programs, allowing you to gradually and progressively increase your strength & fitness. The RECOVERY Phase prioritises mind-muscle connection, pelvic floor engagement, and deep core activation through gentle movements in short (less than 10 minutes) sessions. The RESTORE phase is designed to enhance core and pelvic floor function while addressing symptoms of dysfunction. The BUILD phase begins introducing more body weight, weight bearing & low impact activities to your sessions while the IGNITE Phase brings the further challenge of more complex workouts and higher impact activity.

  • If your baby isn't a baby anymore but you haven’t yet taken the time to reclaim your vitality and fitness after childbirth or strengthen your pelvic floor - this membership is perfect for you! If you gave birth a number of months ago and you still have a forward bulging tummy, pain during sex and experience urine leakage then it won’t go away unless you do something about it. It is never too late to close your Ab Separation, strengthen your Pelvic Floor, build strength and prioritise your health and wellness!

  • The Beyond Fitness Online Hub is designed to cater to women in all seasons of life, not just postpartum mums. Whether you're a new mum looking to regain strength after childbirth, a busy professional seeking convenient workouts, or someone simply prioritising your health and well-being, the membership programs are tailored to suit each part of your journey. From postpartum recovery exercises to strength training, cardio, Pilates, and more, I offer a diverse range of workouts and programs to meet the needs of women at every stage of life. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, you'll find support, guidance, and effective workouts to help you reach your goals and thrive.

  • All you will need are dumbbells and an exercise mat (a Pilates mini ball and looped mini-resistance band are a bonus).

  • All workouts and educational videos in The Hub are in follow-along video format. They are 10-30 minutes long because I know you’re busy and doing your workout during nap time or after a long day! Private podcasts are in audio format and can be downloaded to listen to on the go. The membership also includes helpful, printable PDFs.

  • I know how hard it is to take time for yourself with a baby. That’s why I designed a membership that is flexible! You can do all workouts at home with minimal equipment. You have instant access to over 300 workouts within The Hub when you join so you can schedule your sessions at times that work best for YOU!

  • Each month I run LIVE online workouts and you have the choice to join me LIVE for the session! All workouts are recorded and saved to the online Hub so you can access them at a time that suits YOU best.

  • Our primary platform for community interaction is a WhatsApp group where members can engage in discussions, ask questions, share tips, and motivate each other. It's a supportive space where you can connect with like-minded women who are also on their fitness journey. Whether you need encouragement, advice, or simply want to celebrate milestones, our community is here to cheer you on every step of the way!

  • The initial membership term is on a recurring monthly basis. Members sign up for a monthly subscription and have the flexibility to cancel at any time, giving you complete control over your membership duration.
